A few days ago I was striving to make some new practice plan for my volleyball team, being stuck to get some fresh ideas I made a decision to went online and see if I can get some interesting stuffs I can use, and I was right! In just minutes I had already collected a bunch of articles and videos showing many different volleyball drills and practices, not all of them are good but some of the drills are actually quite awesome and I believe they could be a great addition to our regular training session. I then narrow my search a bit and try to look for some tips from well known volleyball players and coaches, that’s when I found this great volleyball video in Squidoo which I found quite valuable and truly inspiring for any volleyball players or coaches.

I mean, this is just what I’m searching for, a professional coach that is trusted to lead a national team for such an important event giving a practice plan overview to a bunch of great athletes who are chosen to represent their country, what could be better than that? I know that Alan Knipe is one of the most respectable coaches in USA volleyball. The team made it to the final round of world league under his leadership, and they also won a silver medal in NORCECA Continental Championship, plus some other achievements. This is the person that can tell you what is volleyball and how you can make a great team, so it’s really great to get a practice plan idea from this kind of person.
There are a lot of things you can learn from this short video because Alan Knipe breaks down the whole practice plan and also gives explanation about the importance of each session. I found it quite amazing because you can actually find out how a national team containing the best players in the country prepare themselves to compete in a very huge event like The World Cup. I didn’t stop there, I look for more articles and videos in this Squidoo lens belongs to Andor1on1 and I found many more great practice tips, volleyball information, and even some volleyball product reviews by famous coaches and players, I guess I can use that too if I have to renew the team’s equipments, I really think I’m going to visit this lens more often, it’s really worth my time.
